Situated in the enchanting Val di Non with its castles and apple orchards, this restaurant housed in a 19C building has been run by the same family since 1933. It serves excellent cuisine that makes good use of regional produce alongside occasional ingredients from further afield, such as the delicious pistachio ice cream.
