An evocative and romantic setting within the former carriage house of the castle, which can be visited just steps away, as can the picturesque village of Bracciano, well worth exploring. The cuisine in this restaurant is of an excellent standard and is not necessarily tied to the local area (save for certain ingredients), but is in general more creative and inventive, ideal for those wishing to venture beyond the classic dishes of Lazio.
