Self-proclaimed as ‘rock and roll fine dining’, this dark and moody restaurant brings something a little different to the Birmingham food scene. The all-black colour scheme extends from the décor to the staff uniforms, while punk, metal and everything in between blares out of the speakers. The cooking, for its part, throws together an array of flavours in an imaginative, playful style. A choice of two tasting menus can be accompanied by an interesting wine flight or creative non-alcoholic pairings.
