Based around the mantra ‘Taste the unexpected’, this modern, centrally located restaurant run by chef Jorge Lengua (also enjoying success in nearby Oropesa del Mar with his restaurant Llavor), offers contemporary-inspired cuisine that is showcased via well-presented dishes that make full use of modern techniques, such as the Iberian ham croquettes with ‘torrezno’ (fried bacon) powder, their fried redfish Saam, with tartar sauce and aromatic herbs, or the Andalusian-style glass prawns, with fried egg and kimchi mayonnaise. The à la carte, which features lots of small plates, is complemented by an impressive array of rice dishes (made to order) and several set menus: Ejecutivo (Monday to Friday, lunchtime only), Finde (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, lunchtime only) and Golosa (designed for sharing, full table only).
