This truly luxurious and elegant fine dining restaurant is part of the exclusive Grand Hotel Heiligendamm, which lies in a beautiful location on the Baltic Sea – also known as the "White City by the Sea". The sense of opulence extends to the cuisine, which comes courtesy of chef Ronny Siewert, who hails from Nienburg (Saale). He and his team turn out delicately flavoured and elaborately detailed dishes that draw on only the most exclusive produce. These come in a four- to six-course set menu format, from which you can also choose à la carte. The front-of-house team, headed up by Norman Rex, also know how to impress – his Berlin manner won't fail to charm diners! They provide attentive and stylish service, and savvy wine recommendations. From some tables you get a view of the Baltic Sea – which makes you want to go for a walk before or after your meal!
