Michaël Riss's restaurant, located just a stone's throw from the centre of Annecy, boasts a contemporary and light-filled interior. This first solo venture comes on the back of successful stints in several MICHELIN-starred kitchens. The menu features predominantly local produce, which is carefully prepared for maximum indulgence: perfectly seasoned chicken and veal terrine; beautifully cooked char accompanied by oyster mushrooms in an aromatic sauce; and a highly indulgent pear dessert. The restaurant is also home to a delicatessen and a wine shop, with a selection of tapas available in the evening.
