Here, you’ll find modern, creative cuisine with a strong emphasis on presentation, textures and a skilful combination of ingredients. Take your pick from the three set menus available (with a wine pairing option): Llaüt (not available on long weekends or bank holidays, or in July and August), Bergantin and Falutx. We loved their skate, with beurre blanc, lemon gnocchi and crispy collagen!
