Located on the top floor of the Jardines de Nivaria hotel, this restaurant has panoramic views and surprises for its colourful dome, which brings to mind the explosion of a supernova! The à la carte, featuring international and Canary Island cuisine that is brought to life in quite modern dishes (lime stuffed with foie gras and Oloroso sherry, fish from the island with potato foam, umami and spinach, and many more), is supported by two tasting menus: La Cúpula and Gastronómico.
