The staff appear genuinely sincere...
While the staff is delightful, they border on the solicitous…A bit too much drama & theatre...One wonders if the cost is because of the “show” or the “show” is to justify the cost…I enjoyed how the "gifting" a free Relais guide becomes such a grand gesture..I found the menu uninspired…One would think the theatrics would warrant a more challenging menu, but dishes such as “glazed veal fillet, with cannellini bean puree" or "prawns wrapped in pancetta" are weak motivation to drop €80 on an entree
