Despite its compact size, this restaurant in the Jardins district not far from Parque Trianon, is very welcoming with its small terrace and rustic-contemporary interior. Chef Tuca Mezzomo, a young gaucho from the Río Grande do Sul region, focuses on grill-based cuisine that showcases products and ingredients from different parts of Brazil. Guests are able to discover the large variety of flavours that this country has to offer through his dishes. As an added bonus, Charco even cures its own meats.
